Ayyyyy girl.. need to return or exchange an item? We accept all merchandise that has not been worn and still has the original tag(s) attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were ordered more than 30 days ago, sorry! We'll do our best to make sure you are happy and get the heavenly experience you deserve. Please understand that each return or exchange is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations restocking fees and charges might apply.

>We do not accept:
Returns/exchanges on ANY clearance items
- Items that have been worn
- Items without tags still attached.
- Returns/exchanges on any items that were ordered over 30 days ago.
- Returns/exchanges on ANY white items.
- Return / exchanges on any orders shipped outside of the United States
> If an item is sent back as a return / exchange and does not have a tag, was worn, or the order was placed over 30 days ago we will not issue a store credit or exchange and we will not send the item back.
> We do not issue refunds, except for the rare factory damaged item, all others are either exchanges or store credits.
> If a product is sealed in its original packaging, it may be returned for a store credit or exchange any time before 30 days from shipment date has expired, Certain Exceptions apply.
> We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders lost or stolen item. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation and file a claim.
